The content on lakeshoresites.ca — text, layout, design and the portfolio previews — belongs to Lakeshore Sites unless noted otherwise. Screenshots and links to client sites in the "Our work" section belong to their respective owners and are shown with permission as examples of completed work.
Quotes & project work
A quote given through this site is an estimate based on what you've told me. The final, fixed price is confirmed before any work begins — nothing changes without you agreeing to it first. Project timelines depend on how quickly I receive the content (photos, text, logins) needed to build your site.
Hosting & care plans
Monthly hosting and care plans are billed month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time; if you choose to move hosting elsewhere, I'll help transfer your site rather than hold it hostage.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the finished website is yours. You're free to host it with me or move it to any provider you choose.
No guarantees on search rankings
I build every site with local SEO best practices in place, but no one can guarantee a specific Google ranking — search results depend on factors outside any one website's control.
